Strata

This is a layered quiche and ours is rich and flavorful. Bottom layer is our Carla bread, then comes a variety of fresh ingredients depending on the type being offered.

Types:

• Veg - tomato/mushroom/zucchini/green olive/cheddar/swiss
• Pastrami - pastrami/onion/swiss/cheddar
• Greek - Tomato/fresh spinach/feta/dill
