We have a 100% satisfaction policy.  Just email or call us and we will make it right.  This may involve redelivery, store credit, or a refund.  We want to make sure you are happy!

Delivery policy

Goods are baked/delivered/shipped on the week that you select.  Subscriptions are baked/delivered/shipped every week.  Day of local delivery depends on your location.  We have a map below.  You may choose to pickup your order or have it delivered by our drivers.

Return policy

Since all items are food, we cannot take returns, but we do offer the 100% satisfaction guarantee above.

Cancellation policy

Cancelling subscriptions or orders can be done for any reason, but we require 48 hours notice before baking/delivery/shipping because our products often take this long before baking to make.
