Pumpernickel

Made in the German style, by baking for 20 hours.  It's so much better any than store bought you have tasted! No colorants or molasses, but it does have a taste similar to molasses with a slightly sticky, chewy texture countered by the sour of the starter.  Limited quantities. Ingredients: Organic In-House Milled Whole Rye, Water, Organic White Flour (in starter), Salt, Yeast
