Everything Smoked Cheese Croissant

Our amazing croissants with "everything" bagel seasoning and smoked cheese (German Grandamer) inside.  My NEW FAVORITE flavor.  Cultured European butter, organic flour, and sourdough starter gives it a certain je ne sais quoi!
